Darling is the new restaurant at Alpenblick Bern. We offer innovative, creative and honest dishes made from fresh, local and seasonal organic products and a surprising wine and drinks menu. But above all, we are all passionate and convinced hosts!
We like it uncomplicated and clear. The focus is on the product and its characteristics.
We serve products from trustworthy suppliers: the vegetables come from Biohof Riem, the meat from the organic butcher La Boulotte and most of the wines from the wine shop Trallala.
